Attach transference receipt or post order to the inscription form. The inscriptions that don't fulfil this condition won't be acepted. 
In the case of cancelling the inscription for reasons beyond the organization, these are the conditions for refund: before 15th June, 20% of refund. After this date no refund will be made. The cancellations will be informed to the bureau.
