Costs for the GIM Conference 2010 include accommodation in double room and all meals from dinner on Sunday 12th September to lunch on Thurday 16th September 2010. (Meals include: mineral water, wine, coffee and/or te)


Cost for the Pre-Conference 2010 include accommodation in double (or single) room from Friday 10th September to Sunday 13th September. Breaksfast is included.


The commission for the bank transfer must be paid by the one who have registered on the Conference.


Special prices are provided for companions, in case they don't want to assist to the conference.





GIM conference

Early: Cost if paid BEFORE 20th November 2009
4 days fullboard: 531 euros (single room: 672 euros)

Companion (4 days fullboard): 475 euros

Normal: Cost if paid from 20th November to 26 February 2010
4 days fullboard: 598 euros (single room: 747 euros)

Companion (4 days fullboard): 538 euros

Late: Cost if paid AFTER 26th February 2010
4 days fullboard: 705 euros (single room: 855 euros)

Companion (4 days fullboard): 644 euros



GIM Pre-Conference  -   GIM Pre-Conferencia


With accomodation: Double room: 328 euros (single room: 379 euros)

con Hotel: Habitación doble: 328 euros (habitación individual: 379 euros)


With no accomodation: 100 euros (only registration to the Pre-Conference)

Sin hotel (solo matrícula a la Pre-Conferencia): 100 euros

Normal: Cost if paid from 20th November to 26 February 2010 = 873 euros (single room: 1087 euros)

Late: Cost if paid AFTER 26th February 2010 = 1033 euros (single room: 1234 euros)

Your registration details and room request will be processed when the correct conference fee is transferred to the conference bank account. Please allow 10-14 days before expecting e-mail confirmation of your booking.
