ABSTRACT

In this piece of work, the author analysis T.Z.I. It is a theory which is based on an equilateral triangle in which each individual (I), the group as a whole (Us) and the objective work (That) have to be given the same importance. On the same way, the ground which surrounds the group (Balloon) should be treated. In order to explain this theory, Cohn goes back to her own personal history, as a German Jewish, as a fugitive, as a student in Zurich and finally as a grown-up psycotherapist in America and Europe.
