This article emphasizes the different aspects that take part and determine the relationship among the music therapist, music and patient. It is not a reccount of the different techniques and therapy methods. What the author explains is a possition of some aspects from the therapeutical relationship from the point of view of music therapy as for example, language, the convenience of the use of verbal language, interpretation, contention, listening, etc.
